The Apartment is a complete living space. It has it's own everything. When you are in the apartment you have almost everything the mainhouse has. The Nancy's Palm Garden is an extension of your porch. The mainhouse has the Spa and a small sitting garden.
I seldom rent the apartment unless the entire property is rented as one unit.
A 5 Bedroom 3 bath home in the Keys is very hard to find. The apartment also gives tenants a private space within the entire house. Renting the entire house for a month is great, you move in the apartment and all the other guests live in the main house. Enjoy the privacy and the party. It truly is the perfect vacation.

The Main House has it's own
computer but there is
Free WIFI
available around the property....bring
your laptop.
Washer/dryer
in the apartment is provided for
your use.
Books and videos are
available for your enjoyment while you are here. If you don't quite
finish a book.... you may trade one of yours for it and take it with
you. Unwind....relax....let the tropical breezes whisper to you!
